Bill Minick
Bill Minick is the president of PartnerSource. He practiced law for nine years before starting PartnerSource, a Texas Nonsubscription consulting firm. PartnerSource focuses on helping employers develop injury benefit programs outside of a state workers' compensation system.

Minick works with employers and supports their casualty insurance brokers from across the U.S. PartnerSource works with many of the largest nonsubscribers and savings are normally in excess of 50%. He was instrumental in the formation of the Texas Alliance of Nonsubscribers and the Oklahoma Injury Benefit Coalition. He is also one of the primary architects and drafters of the Oklahoma Option.

Minick serves on boards and committees for Pepperdine University, Abilene Christian University, Dallas Regional Chamber, Boy Scouts of America and City of University Park. He has also held leadership positions with Texoma Youth Camp, Texas Association of Business and others.
