Joanna Makomaski, P. Eng., CRM Specialist Enterprise Risk Management V3 Advisory Group Toronto, Ontario Joanna Makomaski is a specialist in ERM methods and implementation who currently works with V3 Advisory Group, a company that focuses on step-by-step "ERM QuickStart" implementation plans for organizations. Prior to V3, Joanna was the risk manager at Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc., one of the fastest growing natural gas distribution companies in North America. In addition to claims and insurance management, Joanna has been a leader in the evolution of ERM practices and tools within the risk management community since 1998, working on tools that deliver superior business intelligence and risk analytics. She recently co-authored ERM for Dummies, an easy-to-read reference guide intended to dispel worries and inspire confidence when implementing enterprise risk management. Joanna sits on the Risk and Insurance Management Society's ERM Development Committee and is a licensed engineer and risk management professional. |
