NEIL GETTER joined the Willis Aerospace Leadership team as executive vice president, Willis of New York Inc. Getter will be responsible for further developing the aviation business in the United States, including general aviation, airlines and manufacturers. He has more than 30 years experience in the aviation industry, most recently at Aon where he was a regional practice leader and senior account executive working with U.S. and international clients.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. appointed DOUGLAS B. BROWN and MICHAEL HENTHORN as corporate vice presidents. Brown, who joined the company in 2002, is Northeast regional manager of Gallagher's retail property/casualty brokerage operation overseeing the region's 12 offices. Henthorn, who joined Gallagher in 2001 through the acquisition of The InWest, is the south central regional manager of Gallagher's retail property/casualty brokerage operation overseeing the region's nine offices.
Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. appointed DAVID R. FREDIANI as senior vice president, international and client development. Frediani will lead MMC's activities to leverage its geographic footprint around the world. He has been with MMC for more than 27 years, 24 of which have been spent on international assignments in Latin America, Asia, Continental Europe and the United Kingdom.
William Gallagher Associates has announced several promotions. KATHLEEN COMEAU will become senior vice president of the Employee Benefits Group. Comeau joined WGA in 1999 and is responsible for ensuring clients of applicable state and federal regulations that affect the insurance programs and their employees. DONNA O'NEILL was named senior vice president as well of the Employee Benefits Group. O'Neill has managed the Employee Benefits service staff for the past nine years.
MEREDITH MCCABE was named vice president of the Employee Benefits Group and focuses on the handling of all lines of coverage in an account management and retention capacity. She has strengths in compliance, cost-sharing strategies, plan design modification solutions and self-funding techniques. ANN CLARKE became vice president in the Employee Benefits Group too. Clarke continues to mentor co-workers while embracing new client interaction.
H. CHUCK ROGERS was made senior vice president of the Property & Casualty Group. Rogers joined WGA in 2000. He is responsible for the design, marketing and implementation of property/casualty programs and advises on all aspects of his specialty area, loss control engineering. BRIAN KELLEHER was also named senior vice president in the Property & Casualty Group. Kelleher has spent the last seven years at WGA working with clients to advise, design and execute the most comprehensive and cost effective property/casualty insurance programs.
TOM CATALINI was announced as vice president of the brokerage's information-technology department. Catalini joined WGA in 2001 and has aligned WGA's technology with its business needs.
