Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Inc. hired NICOLE BROWN as vice president and account executive in the company's Professional Risk Group, Southeast region. Based in Atlanta, Brown will provide executive and professional liability product and technical support, risk analysis and assessment consulting, marketing advocacy and claims management oversight to the firm's Southeast region customers. Brownhasmore than 12 yearsexperience in theinsuranceindustry, most recently as a divisional assistant vice president for AIG's southeast region.

The Denver office of Lockton Cos. acquired Schwander Insurance Services, a Centennial, Colo.-based firm specializing in directors' and officers' liability, fiduciary liability and employment practices liability. Schwander CEO and President MICHAEL SCHWANDER, with 28 years experience mostly in senior management positions at Aon, has become executive vice president at Lockton Denver. Also joining Lockton from the Schwander team are KENNETH P. CAPONE, senior vice president and financial services department manager, and ANA M. HOLDREN, assistant vice president. ANGELA HAMILTON, BONNIE REPS and BREANNA SHELDON will also join as associates.
