PETER BREITSTONE has been named president and CEO of Agency Specialty Product Network Insurance Services Inc., a subsidiary of Aon. Breitstone, a Risk & Insurance® Power BrokerTM in the Environmental sector, will be responsible for growing and developing the ASPN platform, which is a distribution system to the independent agency network. Prior to joining Aon in 2006, he spent more than 25 years as an independent agent.

NEIL GETTER has joined the Willis Aerospace Leadership team as executive vice president, Willis of New York Inc. Getter will be responsible for further developing the aviation business in the United States, including general aviation, airlines and manufacturers. He has more than 30 years experience in the aviation industry, most recently at Aon where he was a regional practice leader and senior account executive working with U.S. and international clients.

Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Co. has appointed DONALD W. WRIGHT JR. as managing director and casualty practice leader for the metro northeast region, which encompasses New York, New Jersey and southern Connecticut. Prior to joining HRH in 2006, Wright was a senior vice president at Aon Risk Services.

The Denver office of Lockton Cos. has acquired Schwander Insurance Services, a Centennial, Colo.-based firm specializing in directors' and officers' liability, fiduciary liability and employment practices liability. Schwander CEO and President MICHAEL SCHWANDER, with 28 years experience mostly in senior management positions at Aon, has become executive vice president at Lockton Denver. Also joining Lockton from the Schwander team are KENNETH P. CAPONE, senior vice president and financial services department manager, and ANA M. HOLDREN, assistant vice president. ANGELA HAMILTON, BONNIE REPS and BREANNA SHELDON will also join as associates.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has appointed DOUGLAS B. BROWN and MICHAEL HENTHORN as corporate vice presidents. Brown, who joined the company in 2002, is northeast regional manager of Gallagher's retail property/casualty brokerage operation overseeing the region's 12 offices. Henthorn, who joined Gallagher in 2001 through the acquisition of The InWest, is the south central regional manager of Gallagher's retail property/casualty brokerage operation overseeing the region's nine offices.

Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. has appointed DAVID R. FREDIANI as senior vice president, international and client development. Frediani will lead MMC's activities to leverage its geographic footprint around the world. He has been with MMC for more than 27 years, 24 of which have been spent on international assignments in Latin America, Asia, Continental Europe and the U.K.
