LESLIE G. FENTON was named managing director and head of the insurance team for KPMG Corporate Finance LLC. Based in the firm's Chicago office, Fenton will be responsible for advising national and international clients on investment banking in insurance and other related financial services sectors. Fenton has been in investment banking for more than a quarter-century, specializing in insurance finance.

Aon Consulting announced the appointment of two new consultants in its Scotland operation: RICHARD STRACHAN and TOM CLARK. Both men come to Aon from Standard Life Client Management with expertise in defined contribution pension plans.

ERIC FIEDLER and YVAN LEGRIS will become co-presidents of the consulting arm of Hewitt Associates Inc., effective October 1. They will take over the responsibilities of Perry Brandorff, who is leaving his post as the current global president of consulting. At the moment, Fiedler is based in Shanghai as the head of the Asia-Pacific consulting operation; he will relocate to Lincolnshire, Ill. Legris works out of London as the head of the UL consulting and benefits outsourcing operation.

Towers Perrin Capital Markets Inc., the new wholly owned subsidiary of Towers Perrin, will be lead by CEO PRAKASH SHIMPI, who is a Towers Perrin principal and leader of its enterprise risk management practice. TPCM will help Towers Perrin clients access the capital markets as part of their risk management strategy.

ROGER MILLAY will become chief financial officer of Watson Wyatt Worldwide Inc. as of August 18. Millay will be replacing Carl Mautz, who is retiring from the global consulting firm. Millay had been CFO and senior executive vice president at Discovery Communication LLC, a cable television operator.

LUIS ALCALDE was named as president of the global operations for PICA Corp., a provider of consulting services in brand protection, loss prevention, security and risk management to Fortune 500 clients. PICA's current president, Vaughn Volpi, will continue to serve on its board of directors.

Global emergency services provider Assist America Inc. named ABHIJIT BHANDARI as director of sales and marketing for its affiliate in the Middle East, Assist America Asia Ltd. Bhandari is currently managing director of its India affiliate, Assist America Medical Emergency Services (Pvt.) Ltd, a role he will continue in.
