MARLA DONOVAN joined Burns & Wilcox as vice president of product development. With more than 25 years experience in the insurance industry, Donovan last worked at Arch Insurance Group as regional vice president of its excess casualty division out of New York City.

MICHAEL HAYES will head a new nationwide workers' compensation program for temporary staffing businesses for All Risks, an independent wholesale brokerage firm. Based out of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Hayes has a background in working with temp agencies and as a managing general agent.

BRIAN MANASSERO was named a vice president at the Chatsworth, Calif., office of AmWINS Insurance Brokerage of California. He was more than 12 years in insurance, most recently as senior broker at Western Security Surplus. Manassero will specialize in placing property and product liability.

AmWINS Brokerage of Georgia announced that it promoted RICH FERNANDEZ to the position of senior vice president after his three years of service with the firm. He also serves on the AmWINS Financial Risk Group as its financial institution specialist.
