Markland comes to Insurity from Benefits Technology Group where he was chief technology officer, and he previously co-founded StarNex, a company that linked brokers and insurance companies online through BrokersPortal, an information and communications center for the insurance industry.

Prior to joining Towers Perrin, Finegan was managing director of Finegan & Company LLC, a corporate finance advisory firm. HealthMarkets, a leading provider of affordable health and life insurance for self-employed individuals and small businesses, announced the appointment of MICHAEL BOXER as the company's chief financial officer. Boxer has more than 20 years experience in finance, and previously served as CFO of Mariner Health Care Inc. and Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc.
