Aon has announced the appointment of RODERICK (ROD) J. HOOD as resident managing director of Aon Risk Services Minnesota. Prior to this role, Hood, who has been with Aon since 1997, served as senior vice president and practice group leader for Aon's Financial Services Group. Before that, he spent more than 10 years in the management liability practice of St. Paul Companies, now St. Paul Travelers.
Aon Construction Services Group has announced the addition of three veteran professionals to Aon's San Jose, Calif., offices. MILENA MIKIN joins Aon Construction Services Group as a marketing specialist; and DAVID SALLEY and KAREN SMITH both join the firm as relationship managers.
Mikin joins Aon CSG after more than 10 years in the insurance industry. She has significant experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, marine, energy and telecom fields.
Salley joins Aon after several years at Willis, where he served large commercial risk management accounts, specializing in construction and engineering.
Smith, a 28-year veteran of the insurance industry, joins Aon from Tanner Insurance Brokers, Inc., where she served a variety of clients, including developers, property owners, manufacturers and sports teams.
Integro today announced that RUTH KILDUFF has been hired as a Managing Principal, specializing in healthcare coverage, for the firm's New York office. Kilduff has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, most recently serving as Managing Director of Marsh, Inc.'s healthcare practice. Prior to joining Marsh in 1997, she held a Vice President position with Boston's Tufts-New England Medical Center.
Integro Insurance Brokers Ltd. has announced that PETER BURTON has accepted the position of compliance officer. Burton has 32 years of experience in the Lloyd's of London and U.K. insurance market. He joins Integro from St. Paul Travelers U.K., where he served as compliance officer.
In addition, Integro has announced that SUSAN CARSON and JAMES BACON have been hired to serve as principals for its San Francisco office.
Carson has 33 years of experience in property/casualty, including 29 years as a broker. She joins Integro from ABD, where she served as a senior vice president.
Bacon has more than 20 years of experience in risk consulting, with an emphasis on workers' compensation and information management. He joins Integro from Marsh, where he served as managing director and headed the risk consulting practice in northern California.
