The U.S. government's online source for all regulations (or rulemakings) issued by all agencies, including those still open to comment and any and all supporting materials and reports.

SAFE MANITOBA

An online resource for employers and employees from the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba, including injury statistics and a resource library.

SERVICE CANADA

Making life easier for Canadian citizens and employers--a government Web site dedicated to improving the delivery of government services. It helps Canadians access a wide range of the government services and benefits they need quickly and easily.

U.S. CHEMICAL SAFETY AND HAZARD INVESTIGATION BOARD

The CSB is an independent federal agency charged with investigating industrial chemical accidents. Its Web site includes safety reports filed about recent industrial accidents, as well as other safety resources.

U.S. HOUSE COMMITTEE ON EDUCATION AND LABOR

Information on the recent changes to the ADA as well as the mental health parity bill, among other things.

WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE BOARD

The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board promotes workplace health and safety, and provides a workers compensation system for the employers and workers of Ontario. There is extensive information on this site about prevention, forms, health issues, return to work programs, and links to other health and safety organizations.

WORKERS' COMP AGENCIES

When employees are injured on the job, they can apply for workers? compensation depending on the nature of the incident. Often times this form of insurance can provide wages while the employee is recovering and medical benefits to help cover the cost of treatment.
