CERTIFICATION OF DISABILITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS COMMISSION The mission of the CDMSC is to: advance the field of disability management through the utilization of certified practitioners; evaluate and respond to the trends in disability management; promote continuing education while identifying key strategies, skills, and collaboration to ensure best practices in disability management.
DMEC's provide educational resources to our members in the areas of disability, absence, health, and productivity. The mission will be met through international, regional and state chapters, annual conferences, publications, training programs and practical tools. A resource for disability management and medical cost containment services. The IBI provides employers and their supplier partners with resources for proving the business value of health, such as health and productivity research, measurement and benchmarking, benefits performance analysis, practical solutions, and forums for information and education.
