JEFFREY WEIL joined Cozen O'Connor as the chair of its commercial litigation department. Weil has more than 32 years of legal experience, most recently as a senior partner with Dechert. He has made a reputation litigating business disputes such as class action, securities and anti-trust cases.

JERRY OSHINSKY joined the law firm of Gilbert Randolph LLP, which will now go by the name Gilbert Oshinsky LLP. With more than 40 years of legal experience and a specialty in insurance law, Oshinsky will head up the firm's new Los Angeles office.He had been a name partner at Dickstein Shapiro Morin & Oshinsky LLP, where he launched the Insurance Coverage Practice.

DAVID HAUGE is a new partner in the Los Angeles office and the Insurance Regulation Practice Group of Michelman & Robinson LLP. Hauge brings with him more than three decades of experience working with insurers on issues of regulatory law, class actions and unfair business practice litigation.

The American Bar Association CJS White Collar Crime Committee's Financial Institution Fraud/Money Laundering and Patriot Act Subcommittee appointed JASON PICKHOLZ as co-chair. Pickholz is a partner at Duane Morris, where he advises clients in connection with officer and director liabilities, securities fraud, securities and accounting law, and other areas.

MARVIN PICKHOLZ, also a partner with Duane Morris, was named co-chair of the ABA CJS White Collar Crime Committee's New York Region Subcommittee. He has represented financial institutions, accounting and law firms, and private-equity entities on securities laws, healthcare, anti-trust and other areas.
