DARIN ARCHER was named vice president of professional services at ISCS Inc., a Web-based policy administration vendor to the insurance industry. Archer most recently worked with Accenture, managing programs for companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco and AT&T.

MIKE WANZONG, who was previously responsible for ISCS' technical services, was promoted to vice president of insurance solutions, a new department he will be building. Wanzong will lead a team focused on further developing SurePower Innovation's product templates for specific insurance lines and markets, such as workers' compensation.

JEREMY EPSTEIN was named a principal consultant at Cigital Federal Inc., a subsidiary of the software security and quality consulting firm Cigital Inc. He will be responsible for helping government customers improve the security of their software. Prior to joining Cigital, Epstein spent almost nine years leading the product security department at Software AG, a provider of business integration software.

KARLYN CARNAHAN was named a principal at Novarica, a research and advisory services division of Novantas LLC focused on markets, operations and technology for insurers and financial institutions. Carnahan's recent positions include vice president of marketing for Fireman's Fund commercial lines division, global industry manager for Sun Microsystems and senior vice president of product development for InsWeb.

JOE COSGROVE was named director of strategic accounts at Scene Genesis, a Pittsford, N.Y.-based provider of technology to the insurance and autobody industries. He has 20 years of experience in auto insurance claims. Previously, he served as director of insurance services for CEI Auto Claims & Risk Management, the largest independent provider of auto-physical-damage claims services to self-insured fleets, and the third-largest independent provider to the property/casualty industry.
