Maine: Board proposes extension of benefits

The Workers' Compensation Board is proposing to extend the benefit limitation in Section 213 by 52 weeks because Maine's frequency of disabling cases is less than the national average. The deadline for submitting comments is Dec. 1 at 5 p.m. Comments should be submitted to John C.
