ELIZABETH KEYS was named chief financial officer at reinsurance intermediary Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC, part of the Marsh & McLennan Cos. Keys replaced Ajay Junnarkar. Previously, she was senior vice president and CFO of Syncora Holdings and, before that, held several leadership positions at General Motors Corp.

ROSS LITTLEWOOD of Littlewood Services Pty. Ltd. was named agent in Australia for the new branch of Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. The new branch, Aspen Insurance UK Ltd.-Australia Branch, was recently authorized by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority to underwrite general insurance in the country. Previously, Aspen had underwritten property/casualty reinsurance and some insurance lines as an offshore foreign insurer.

ANDREAS ZDRENYK was appointed head, group risk management, at Pfaffikon, Switzerland-based Glacier Re AG. He will be responsible for enterprise risk management at the firm. Zdrenyk had been chief operating officer of SCOR Holdings.
