GREAT AMERICAN INSURANCE GROUP, through its Property & Inland Marine Division, released the Builders? Risk Green Extension Endorsement. The endorsement was created for new construction projects that are designed to meet LEED certification. The endorsement will provide additional coverage for air quality restoration, commissioning costs and recycling expenses, among other things.
ZURICH expanded its Better Green property endorsement offering to address the needs of middle market and large North American corporate accounts that are already environmentally conscious or considering going in that direction. The latest endorsement provides insureds with coverage to address loss exposures and expenses associated with the repair, replacement or rebuilding of damaged property according to green standards.
FIREMAN'S FUND INSURANCE CO. is introducing the first coverage for retailers that experience a breach of their payment card security system. A new policy will include coverage for upgrades to bring payment system technology into compliance, crisis management expenses, and reimbursement for penalties, chargebacks and payment-card reissuing expenses outlined in the business' merchant service agreement should a breach occur.
WAUSAU INSURANCE CO. now underwrites a new National Club Insurpak policy, specifically designed to meet the needs of the health, fitness and racquet sports industry. The policy provides coverage for property, club equipment, business income, crime, liability and additional coverages. It is a national program, administered by the CREATIVE AGENCY GROUP in Holmdel, N.J.
AGENCY SPECIALTY PRODUCT NETWORK INSURANCE SERVICES, a division of Aon Private Risk Management Insurance Agency, Inc., introduced a new policy to protect grower-farmers from product withdrawal and rejection. Created by PERFORMANCE INSURANCE SERVICES INC., the policy is specifically geared toward produce, fruit, melon and nut growers and will pay for expenses in withdrawing product, including trucking and overtime costs.

The ISO XACTWARE subsidiary and ISO CLAIMS SOLUTIONS integrated their two claims tools, XactAnalysis and ISO ClaimSearch. Now, when claims are reported with XactAnalysis, matching past property claims will be discovered through ISO ClaimsSearch and reported to the claims professional. The combination of technologies should help claims professionals detect and stop fraud.
