Director of Risk Management

Weston Solutions Inc.

Where did you go to school? University of Scranton

Where do you call home? Chester Springs in Southeastern Pennsylvania

Family? I am married and I have three children, I have a sophomore in college, I have a tenth grader and an eighth grader. I don't know if I want to publish their names but two boys and a girl.

What is your favorite movie? I don't really watch many movies. I hear about good movies and I keep thinking I'll plan on seeing them or I'll catch them on On Demand and I never have time it seems, I'm too busy. I tend to pick up a book rather than go to a movie. I recently read one of John Grisham's books, The Appeal and I also read Three Cups of Tea, Craig Mortensen is the author. He went to Pakistan, he is a mountain climber and he ended up building schools in Pakistan.

What is your favorite adult beverage? I do drink coffee and tea quite a bit. As a matter of fact I'm thinking I need another cup of coffee right now. It's only mid-morning and I haven't had enough.

What is your ideal vacation? I love beaches so I would say my ideal vacation would be somewhere on a nice sandy beach. I like the Caribbean and I would love to be there right now as a matter of fact instead of looking out of these windows and seeing a dreary, gray day.

Do you have a work philosophy? If so, what is it? I think it's important to have a good team and a network of resources. I think today's environment presents many challenges and I don't think anyone can do it alone so it's important to have that team and that network of resources to be able to tap into, to address the challenges that arise. And I think it's also important to be flexible and in today's world I think that means being able to work at different hours, different days and different times.
