Massachusetts division modifies comp benefits form
The Division of Industrial Accidents advised that effective April 9 the Form 113 - Agreement to Pay Compensation has been modified.
The form should be used only for agreements in which liability has been accepted by the insurance company. Any agreement in which liability has not been accepted should be presented to the board in the usual narrative format of a Section 19 agreement. Get more details at www.mass.gov. May 7, 2009
