California: Hearing scheduled on amendment of regulations
The Division of Workers' Compensation proposes to amend regulations within Article 4, Subchapter 1 of Chapter 4.5 of Title 8, California Code of Regulations relating to health care organizations.
These regulations include Section 9771 Application for Certification; Section 9778 Evaluation; Section 9779 Certification; Section 9779.5 Reimbursement of Costs to the Administrative Director, Obligation to Pay Share of Administrative Expense; and Section 9779.9 Late Payment. A public hearing has been scheduled for July 27, 2009, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Elihu Harris State Office Building -- Auditorium, 1515 Clay Street, Oakland, CA.
