STEVE BOHANNON joined Dallas-based health and welfare consulting company Lockton Dunning Benefits as senior vice president of strategy. Prior to launching his own private consulting practice, Bohannon served as CEO of ExcellerateHRO, where he formed and operated the joint venture between EDS and Towers Perrin.
KEVIN SEELMAN also joined Lockton Dunning Benefits as vice president and team lead serving clients in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Lockton, he held leadership positions at WEB-TPA, FutureHealth and most recently as vice president at Alere, a health risk management company.
DAVID HINCKLEY joined Lockton Dunning Benefits as senior account executive and team lead. Hinckley, who has more than 12 years experience in the insurance and benefits consulting industry, most recently served as a manager for Ernst & Young's health and welfare practice in Dallas.
LES BOUGHNER was appointed executive vice president and managing director of the Willis HRH Captive Management Practice, overseeing all captive management and consulting operations in North America with a physical presence in Vermont, Bermuda, Grand Cayman, Hawaii and New York City. Boughner previously held senior strategic relationship management roles at Arch Insurance Co. and Zurich Insurance Co., both in Chicago.
WILLIAM CORRIGAN was appointed chief financial officer of Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, the unit of Marsh serving the small- to middle-market sector. Corrigan spent the past two years as CFO of Kinloch Holdings Inc. and previously held senior roles in finance and operations with Willis in North America, the U.K. and Asia.
SUSAN BLANKENBURG was appointed public entity practice leader for the United States for Marsh. She joined Marsh in 1980 and has specialized in public sector business for the past 22 years, creating numerous self-insured pools and developing risk and insurance solutions for public entities.
