CRAIG BOWLUS joined the San Francisco office of Aon Risk Services as managing director and leader of the National Native American Services practice. With more than three decades of experience, Bowlus previously worked for Marsh as its national gaming practice leader. He has twice been honored as a Risk & Insurance® Power BrokerTM.
BEN FRANCAVILLA was named the president of AmWINS Program Underwriters Inc., the Camp Hill, Pa.-based managing general agent arm of wholesale broker AmWINS Group Inc. Francavilla has been with the company since 1993 and most recently served as senior managing director and director of program development.
FRANK DODERO was appointed as managing director in the Chicago office of Beecher Carlson. He will join the Atlanta-based brokerage firm's National Healthcare practice, where he will work in particular with academic medical centers, large physician groups, healthcare captives, and risk retention and purchasing groups. He comes to Beecher by way of Aon Risk Services, where he was senior vice president and managing director.
BRIAN CURTIS was named chief executive officer of Willis Risk Services (Ireland) Ltd., the 320-associate Irish operation of Willis Group Holdings.Curtis previously worked for Aon Ireland, serving as chief operating officer and chief broking officer.
Curtis succeeds JIM O'MAHONEY, who is now chairman of Willis Risk Solutions (Ireland), formerly known as Coyle Hamilton Willis , where he has worked for the last 25 years.
Willis also announced that JASON M. RICHARDSON was appointed as managing partner of the Colorado operations of Willis North America. He will be responsible for both the Denver and Greenwood Village offices. He last served as senior vice president at Beecher.
BARBARA DROLLINGER was named vice president of strategic relations for Oklahoma City-based workers' compensation wholesaler Unisource Program Administrators. A 20-year veteran of the workers' comp business, Drollinger last served CompSource Oklahoma as vice president of insurance operations.
