Aramark's Technology Success

Technology is a critical component to the success of Aramark's risk management programs. Aramark interfaces daily with seven systems partners, with a set frequency of contact for each.

These are:

-- Risk Sciences Group, its RMIS provider

Lack of causation between operator's work, death nix widow's benefits (04/18/13)
Hauler's injury in preparation for work trip falls outside his employment (04/18/13)
Benefits blocked due to failure to show plaque rupture occurred at work (04/18/13)
20 Years of Claims Management (10/15/11)
Library monitor can't connect work stress to heart condition (04/15/13)

-- TelePlus , its claims intake vendor (part of Broadspire)

-- SRS, its third-party administrator

-- Bunch, its managed care provider

-- Bayes, its vendor for the internal system, the DMM (Decision Metrics & Monitoring system)

-- Safety Logic, the safety system for Aramark Uniform & Career Apparel

-- Aramark, to collect its own HR-related data.

The set frequency of daily interface is as follows:

-- 5 transfers a day between Teleplus/RSG with BAYES and SRS

-- 5 transfers a day between BAYES and Bunch

-- 16 transfers a day between SRS and Bunch

-- 1 daily transfer between RSG & Safety Logic
