California receives comments on emergency room services, return to work

The California Commission on Health, Safety and Workers' Compensation received public comment for two reports.

The reports were Hospital Emergency Department Services Furnished Under California Workers' Compensation Program, Regulatory Actions that Could Reduce Unnecessary Medical Expenses Under California's Workers' Compensation Program and Draft Handbook: Helping Injured Employees Return to Work: Practical Guidance Under Workers' Compensation and Disability Rights Laws in California.
