The commission finds that 103-181 regulation is unnecessary as Title 42 governs South Carolina workers' compensation laws. The proposal was submitted to the South Carolina General Assembly as a final regulation for review on Aug. 3, 2009. The document is available at http://dms.psc.sc.gov/pdf/matters/2D7C3D44-B8CB-40B7-48C08FD1CFE9097D.pdf.
