added new loss control services to its Employment Practices Liability Pak Premier, part of its employment practices liability product. The services come through a partnership with Jackson Lewis LLP, an employment law firm.
The
HARTFORD FINANCIAL SERVICES GROUP
now offers a professional liability policy specifically for staff attorneys, called the Hartford Employed Lawyers Choice Liability Policy. Key features include coverage for: disciplinary proceedings and potential disbarment proceedings, failure to comply with SOX section 307, and for legal and notary services.
The HARTFORD also released Hartford CyberChoice 2.09, a cyberliability policy, to help midsize and large businesses address Internet-related exposures. The policy expands protection for Web 2.0 and social media liability, offers enhanced coverage for data privacy issues and introduces a defined term for "rogue employee."
ONEBEACON PROFESSIONAL INSURANCE
announced its new Design Professional Liability product, targeted for architects, engineers, technical consultants and other design professionals. The coverage includes added-on benefits like Web-based risk management services.
