JEANINE CAMPAU-GRIFKA joined Burns & Wilcox as its new director of finance. She comes to the Farmington Hills, Mich.-based wholesale brokerage firm from Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, where she had served for 14 years, most recently as senior manager, assurance services and financial services.
LINDSEY MAGUIRE was hired as an employee benefits account executive with IMA Colorado, part of the IMA Financial Group Inc. Maguire's background is in managing large group benefits accounts for self-funded and fully insured employers.
Aon announced that JOHN BAYEUX was returning to the company as managing director of Aon Risk Services. He has 22 years of experience as a risk manager and broker in the financial institutions sector. Since 2004, he had been with Willis as the head of its financial institutions practice, but before that, he served with Aon and predecessor companies for 14 years.
IMA announced that RON PRINCE joined its Texas unit, IMA of Texas, as director of client services. Prince has been in the insurance industry since 1977, in both the insurance claims and corporate risk management sides. At IMA, he will focus on services for hospital and healthcare clients.
THOMAS V. EALY was named as national partner of the Midwest region for Willis North America. Based in Chicago, he will be responsible for the retail brokering offices in Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio and some of Pennsylvania. Ealy has been with Willis for eight years in such roles as managing partner of the Chicago office, chief operating officer of Willis North America and, most recently, national partner in charge of the commercial segment.
Willis also named JIM BRADSHAW as CEO of the North American group at its reinsurance intermediary, Willis Re. He will be charged with aligning Bermuda operations with U.S. operations. He will be assisted by JAMES KENT, who was named managing director of Willis Re Bermuda and president of Willis Re North America.
YANNICK GAGNE joined Aon Consulting Worldwide as a senior vice president and leader of its retirement practice in the Southern California, San Francisco, Hawaii, Denver and Pacific Northwest offices. With more than 10 years of experience, Gagne comes to Aon by way of Mercer, where he served as principal.
