A Balance Supreme

The U.S. Supreme Court issued its decision in the Tellabs Inc. v. Makor Issues & Rights Ltd. securities case on June 21, 2007. The court's decision could trim the number of frivolous suits that reach the courtroom for corporations threatened by securities class-action suits, which includes most corporations in America.
