Brokering After Tellabs
The Tellabs case has corporate management's attention, as well as the focus of brokers who specialize in buying liability cover for said management.
One such broker, Vincent G. Caracciolo, a managing principal with Integro, offered up his legal expertise to analyze the impact of the Supreme Court case in two whitepapers. The first Tellabs whitepaper when the case first got underway in March. Caracciolo's second whitepaper was just released with the court's decision.
