Florida: Rule 69L-7.602 changed in response to feedback
The Division of Workers' Compensation announced a Notice of Change for Rule 69L-7.602 in the Nov. 13 issue of Florida Administrative Weekly.
The draft rule incorporates the Florida Medical EDI Implementation Guide, 2010 edition as proposed. The rule was changed in response to concerns expressed at the public hearing held on July 7, 2009, and in response to written comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
