California: Division decides to cancel examination

The Division of Workers' Compensation Medical Unit announced it will not conduct the qualified medical evaluator examination scheduled for April 24.

The exam was canceled due to the division's "budget constraints." The exams are generally held twice a year on the last Saturday of April and October. Applicants interested in future exams may download the exam packet from the division's Web site at www.dirca.gov/dwc/medicalunit/exampacket.pdf or contact the medical unit at (510) 286-3700.
