The division will propose amendments to the administrative rules to clarify notices and reporting requirements, selection of vocational assistance types, types of return to work plans, and renewal of counselor certification requirements. The division plans to schedule an advisory committee meeting to review the issues and recommendations in May. To participate on the advisory committee, contact Fred Bruyns at (503) 947-7717. For questions about the division's announcement or the rulemaking process, contact Delmi Hernandez at (503) 947-7797 or Fred Bruyns. The rules are available at http://wcd.oregon.gov/policy/rules/rules.html. For more information, visit www.wcd.oregon.gov.
