The amendment concurrently repeals and replaces all existing rules with new rules that have been restructured and renumbered to promote clarity and efficiencies. The final adopted rule was effective March 9. A copy of the rule is available at https://www.flrules.org/gateway/chapterhome.asp?chapter=691.5. Questions about the rule can be directed to Robin Ippolito, Chief, Bureau of Monitoring and Audit, Division of Workers' Compensation at (850) 413-1775 or robin.ippolito@myfloridacfo.com.
