Beating Employee Blues

Here's scientific proof that a system for spotting and treating depression. A study published this September in the Journal of the American Medical Association showed that such a system not only can improve a person's clinical outcome. It can also lead to results in the workplace.

The study on depressed workers was conducted by the Harvard Medical School, OptumHealth Behavioral Solutions and Group Health Cooperative's Center for Health Studies.
