EU After Business Insurance
The Commission of the European Communities released its final report of its inquiry into business insurance--that is, the ability of small and large businesses in the EU to insure given risks in the current broker-carrier-reinsurer model, not just read about how others are doing it.
The commission came up with three key issues that it felt will need further review by the commission itself or national entities, according to its final review on business insurance. We've also posted here the EU commission's interim report from its commercial insurance inquiry.
