This year's winners are:
Nissan North America (for-profit)
Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority (nonprofit)
Snap-on (for profit Certificate of Merit)
The annual contest is open to any company, nonprofit organization or government entity. An entry can be submitted by the organization itself or by another person or organization on behalf of the nominee.
Two factors are key to winning the award: the ability to demonstrate a long-term commitment to the improvement of a firm's workers' compensation program and cogent examples of innovation and creativity
The 2010 Theodore Roosevelt awards are sponsored by Specialty Risk Services (SRS).
