PAUL C. LITTLE joined Oakland, Calif.-based catastrophe risk modeling firm EQECAT Inc. as senior vice president of global client development. Previously, he served as executive vice president of the Holborn Corp., a reinsurance brokerage, and before that he worked at Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC for more than two decades.

MARTIN WEINTHROP was named as vice president of client development for Europe at Risk Management Solutions. The 25-year financial service veteran joins the catastrophe risk modeler from Crawford & Co., where he was vice president of global business development.

MIKE JONES was appointed as vice president of sales at JMK Systems Solutions Inc. He comes to the insurance-specialized systems integration firm from Applied Systems, where he served as director of corporate accounts. Jones' resume also includes time spent as a producer at a regional insurance agency.

WALT ELLENBERGER joined Healthation as vice president of sales and marketing. He comes to the Chicago-based provider of payer administration systems with more than 17 years of healthcare IT background, including stints at firms like AMISYS, Initiate Systems, SXC and VIPS.
