Indiana: Governor names replacement insurance commissioner

Gov. Mitch Daniels appointed Stephen Robertson as commissioner of the Department of Insurance to replace Carol Cutter who passed away in September.

Robertson has served as the department's executive director since June. He joined the DOI in 2008 as director of the Title Insurance Division and then deputy commissioner of the Title and Bail Bond Division.
