Just in time for the holidays -- OSHA to the rescue!

With the holiday shopping season comes the risk of injury to workers trying to handle the madding crowds.

OSHA has rolled out its "Crowd Management Safety Tips for Retailers" to help businesses take precautions to manage the expected crowds of shoppers.

OSHA has written to the CEOs of 14 major retailers, encouraging them to adopt crowd management plans. The agency has created a fact sheet and other materials to help.
