WILLIAM F. BECKER will lead the new Public Entity practice at Aon Risk Solutions.He previously managed sales for Aon's Capitol offices. Becker has more than 20 years of experience providing risk consulting services to government entities, and designing and implementing hundreds of risk management programs for all types of government and quasi-government bodies.

RICK HAWKINBERRY was appointed the environmental practice leader for Willis North America and will head a team of 25 professionals across the continent.He has been with Willis since 2007 as the environmental industry leader and national resource for the environmental practice. Previously, he worked at Shaw Group, AIG, Kemper and Cigna/ACE.

PAUL BITNER was named the Latin America chief operating officer of BrokersLink. In the insurance business for three decades, Bitner joins the independent insurance brokerage alliance from Aon, where he was a managing director. He previously worked for Johnson & Higgins and Alexander & Alexander.

FRANK MILTON was hired by Cooper Guy as a professional indemnity specialist. Based in London, the 30-year veteran comes to the global wholesale, reinsurance and retail broker with varied experience placing PI risks in the London market for large financial institutions.

TIM WOLCOTT was appointed as an executive engagement partner in the U.S. global risk management operations at Marsh. In the newly created senior leadership role, Wolcott will be responsible for handling global relationships with some of Marsh's largest clients. Since 2007, he was head of the U.S. financial institutions practice at Marsh, and before that the 30-year insurance veteran was vice chairman of the FINPRO operations.
