MARK D. PHELAN was hired as chief sales and marketing officer at Progressive Medical Inc. He joins the Columbus, Ohio-based pharmacy benefits manager from Cassidy Turley, a commercial real estate firm, where he was managing principal. In his 30-year career, he has also served as senior vice president/group executive of the individual investment group at Nationwide Financial Services and held executive management positions with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., Checkfree Corp. and AT&T.

CHRISTY FOSTER joined Tampa, Fla.-based PBM myMatrixx as director of talent. She formerly was responsible for recruitment and employee relations at a multinational media and entertainment firm and has served as an adjunct professor at DeVry University since 2008, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in career development, strategic staffing, human resources and technology.

PAT SULLIVAN was named as the new president of the Ancillary Service division at PMSI. Prior to his hiring at the Tampa-based specialty services and products provider, Sullivan ran an eponymous consulting group and, before that, served as senior vice president at Coventry Workers' Comp Services and co-founder of Community Care Network.

SUE C. HUTCHINGS was appointed as an account manager with CompPartners. The 25-year veteran comes to the Irvine, Calif.-based managed care organization from PMA Insurance Group, where she served as regional workers' comp claims supervisor.
