KENNEN BURKHART joined the business development staff of Wynsure Solutions. She joined the Eagan, Minn.-based core insurance provider from life insurer Aviva North America. She has also worked at AMS and Fiserv Insurance Solutions.

KIMBERLY A. HIAR was appointed as director of compliance services at Rhoads Online. The 20-year compliance veteran last worked as chief compliance officer at Heritage Union Life Insurance Co.

MARTYN SUTTON was named as vice president of global sales at Exigen Insurance Solutions. With a quarter-century in the business, Sutton joined the San Francisco-based core system provider from Xchanging Global Insurance Services, where he was U.S. country manager and global head of software sales.

CRAIG CONWAY was elected to the board of directors at San Mateo-Calif.-based core system provider Guidewire Software. Conway is best known as the former president of PeopleSoft.

JONATHAN NICHOLS was named as executive director of client services at Origami Risk. Most recently, he served as a senior client executive and sales leader at CS STARS,

The Chicago-based RMIS provider also announced that MICHELLE WETHERILL was named as an account executive. The 10-year veteran previously worked as enterprise delivery integration manager and manager of custom client solutions at CS STARS.
