Ohio: Emergency rule for fee schedule in effect

The Bureau of Workers' Compensation proposed a rule to implement changes to the current procedural terminology codes and the health care procedure coding system Medicare codes in the fee schedule.

An emergency rule implementing the codes was also filed and went into effect Jan. 1. The proposed permanent rule will be effective April 1.
