Tennessee: Secretary outlines rules for comp applications
The Secretary of State proposed a new rule regarding applications for workers' compensation exemptions.
The rule sets the options for tendering delivery of exemption applications, including personal delivery, courier delivery, postal service delivery, electronic mail, and direct website data entry.
