OLIVIER BRUYNINCKX was appointed as head of the European Multinational Employee Benefits team at Willis Group Holdings. Bruyninckx brings to Willis more than 15 years of experience in the international employee benefits field. He most recently worked for the IGP Pooling Network, where he headed up the sales and service teams dealing with European multinationals.

JEFF ELLIOTT was named director of operations for Willis North America, a newly created role responsible for refining the broker's target operating model and overseeing technology initiatives. He previously served as senior vice president, outsourcing and offshoring, for Wells Fargo's wealth, brokerage and retirement group.

TOBY WEMYSS was named as CEO of the Global Markets International division of Willis Group Holdings, effective immediately. He most served as managing director of this Willis center of excellence and has been with Willis for 10 years.

JAMIE WEBB was appointed account executive of Glencairn Casualty to establish and lead a contaminated products initiative. Based in London, the 10-year veteran joins the Faber & Dumas company, a Willis firm, after stints at XL Insurance, RK Harrison and Heath Lambert.

JEREMY AUSTIN was named as head of broking for the Singapore office of Cooper Gay. In the business for more than three decades, Austin joins the independent global broker from Talbot Asia, where he served as principal underwriting officer of the Lloyd's syndicate.

ROBERT R. SCHACKNER was hired as director of competitive edge services at Renaissance Alliance Insurance Services. He comes to the New England-based insurance agency network from Vertafore Inc., where he served as senior national account director.
