Kentucky: Change for claims administrators pushed back
The Department of Workers' Claims announced that it delayed implementation of the electronic data interchange claims release until March 28.
Each insurance carrier will be required to file information required in the first report of injury and subsequent report of injury forms with a data collection agent or value-added network designated by the department. The division only accepts electronic data through approved vendors. The change is mandatory for all claims administrators.
