New Jersey: Time expiring on regulations

The Division of Workers' Compensation announced that the workers' compensation regulations will sunset in July unless readopted or extended.

The director and chief judge of the division is accepting suggested changes to the regulations until March 31. E-mail suggestions to Peter J. Calderone at peter.calderone@dol.state.nj.us or fax (609) 984-2515.
