WILLIAM L. GRANAHAN joined the Bostonian Group as senior vice president in its property/casualty insurance division. He joins the consultancy and Marsh & McLennan Agency company after serving at IRMC, Albert Risk Management, Milliman USA and Betterley Risk Consultants.

ERIK BAGIN was named as the healthcare leader for the New York City office of Aon Hewitt. Most recently, he served as vice president and general manager of Medco Health Solutions Inc., and before that worked at Hewitt Associates.

JON TREVISAN was announced as a new senior vice president and director of placement for the human capital practice at Willis North America. Trevisan has been at Willis since its merger with Hilb Rogal and Hobbs in October 2008.Previously, he served as senior vice president, human capital placement and carrier relations.

JEFF RAINVILLE was named director of sales and marketing for Polygon, a loss mitigation consulting company. The 20-year insurance veteran most recently was vice president of sales with Atlanta-based Custard Insurance Adjusters Inc.
