WAYNE C. SIEBNER was named as senior vice president and manager of executive and professional liability at the New York-based SKCG Group Inc. The 32-year veteran most recently worked at Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services as area executive vice president for financial products.

PAUL BOUTIN was named as the healthcare leader at the Philadelphia office of Aon Hewitt. Boutin has more than 20 years of experience in group benefits and employee benefits consulting. Most recently, Boutin served as a principal with Mercer. Prior to that, Boutin held a leadership position at Hewitt Associates.

COURTNEY CLAFLIN will lead the new Minneapolis-based CBIZ Commercial Insurance Services operation. He joined CBIZ Minneapolis in 2011 after 28 years in the commercial insurance industry, including 15 years of service with a direct-writing insurance company and 12 years of service as vice president with a large regional broker.

Joining Claflin on the team are MATTHEW E. FORSTI as vice president and executive risk specialist, PAUL BECK as senior EHS consultant, and JULIE SWIM as senior account executive. Swim is a 20-year insurance veteran who most recently worked at a large regional broker as operations manager for three of its practice groups. Beck previously worked for five years at a large insurance firm in the Minneapolis area. And Forsti formerly held senior positions at two regional brokerages, including a role as practice leader for executive and professional risk.

EDWARD A. AIELLO joined Pittsburgh-based brokerage firm Simpson & McCrady LLC. Aiello retired as vice president of global insurance for H.J. Heinz after a 43-year career, though he remains chairman of Heinz's Vermont and Dublin captives.

CINDY COLEMAN was hired at All Risks as a business development manager in its national specialty programs unit for the nationwide REO/Forces Placed Property Insurance Program. Coleman has more than 25 years of insurance industry experience, the majority of the last 15 years with Zenith Insurance Co. as an assistant vice president, branch manager and territorial marketing manager.

LISA SAMLER was hired as vice president of personal lines at Van Nuys, Calif.-based Momentous Insurance Brokerage. Samler has been in insurance since 1985.

STEPHEN J. PHERSON was named as program manager for the Sovereign Indian Nations Program at OnPoint Underwriting in the Denver office. He most recently worked at Colony Insurance Group in commercial auto products and also spent time at Arch, Northland Insurance Co., and St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co.
