ALYSSA HOSTELLEY was promoted to the position of president at BlueWave Technology. She had been vice president of product management at the claims management solution provider and will succeed Riki Fujitani, who will continue on as CEO.

MATT GROVER was promoted to replace Hostelley as vice president of product management at BlueWave. The 15-year IT veteran most recently served as product manager.

CHESTER "CHET" GLADKOWSKI and RAY DOWLING were both named as vice presidents of sales for the North American sales team at The Innovation Group PLC. Gladkowski joins Innovation Group with more than 35 years of experience in the P/C insurance industry, most recently with StoneRiver for 13 years. Dowling comes to the business process outsourcing solution provider from iPartners.

CHARLES SCHWARTZ joined BenefitVision as vice president of enrollment. He comes to the employee benefit services provider after a decade as a call center executive.
