OUTLINE SYSTEMS, INC. (OSI) and DUCK CREEK TECHNOLOGIES formed a partnership to integrate OSI's ProducerOne product with Duck Creek's Policy Admin. The resulting solution will be designed on a flexible platform to handle all lines of business and serve as a seamless, end-to-end insurance process.

THE INNOVATION GROUP PLC launched the newly rearchitected Innovation Insurer suite, which offers a modern Java-based solution that provides new business capabilities, integration with BPO services, and delivery options including on-premise, ASP, BPO and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

EXIGEN INSURANCE SOLUTIONS released its Claim Factory enhancement to the ClaimCore claims management solution. Claim Factory gives insurers flexibility to design and configure claims solution layout to meet customer demands and staff needs.

SERVICES

WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES will offer system integration services to WYDE CORP.'S insurance clients and prospects worldwide under a strategic partnership. The partnership will allow Wyde's clients to leverage Wipro's global resources, including systems integration and a Wynsure Center of Excellence in India that will be leveraged for sales initiatives, co-development programs, training purposes and customer demonstrations.

CNA extended its EZ underwriting process to its suite of errors-and-omissions coverages, such as miscellaneous professional liability, media liability, and monoline technology errors and omissions. Using the EZ underwriting process now makes obtaining a quote for these coverages as easy as downloading an application, completing it and sending to a local CNA underwriter who will respond within 24 hours.

SEAPASS SOLUTIONS INC. will partner with Willis unit INSURANCE NOODLE to enable Insurance Noodle agents and subagents to quote and submit business online for BOP, workers' compensation, umbrella, commercial auto, and excess and surplus lines of business with numerous leading insurance carriers through the SeaPass Hub.

RESOURCES

The INSURANCE INSTITUTE FOR BUSINESS & HOME SAFETY (IBHS) announces a new program to help small and midsize businesses reduce their risk of damage from natural disasters. Called FORTIFIED for Safer Business, it is a code-plus construction program that increases a new commercial building's durability and resilience to natural hazards common in the area where it's being built, as well as to protect against interior fire and water damage, theft and vandalism.

YOURHOMESTUFF, a community website focused on the home and household, officially launched. Founded by Karen Clark, president and CEO of Karen Clark & Co., the community site is designed specifically for homeowners to help them maintain and protect their home and managing family and other community activities, quick and easy.

The RISK AND INSURANCE MANAGEMENT SOCIETY INC. redesigned its RIMS Career Center. The resource is available to both RIMS members and nonmembers. The updated Job Bank contains enhanced features that target the specific needs of employers and job seekers. RIMS members also benefit from the significant discounts available.
